EP Federal Credit Union is seeking a flexible individual to join our retail delivery team. The individual we seek will ensure high-quality member service through accurately processing financial transactions, providing education to our members on our deposit and loan products, and facilitating the sales of credit union products and services. The candidate should possess a high school diploma and two years of prior customer service experience. Excellent communication skills with prior banking/credit union experience considered a strong plus. Superior PC skills with knowledge of MS Office and the Internet are required.
